Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the sole female in history to have won the CrossFit Games two times. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media-star. She has gained fame for being the only woman who has ever won twice at CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. In addition, she is known for being the winner of both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area together with her parents and siblings. She enjoyed playing sports and started working out at when she was a young age. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well in her initial games. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years older (as as of 2021). She stands 5'7 tall and weighs about 67 pounds. Annie was the first to start CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well in her first competitions and was within the top 10 of 70. The team did not get any results from this tournament and she ended it with a ranking of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place in the CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. In her second year that she competed again in CrossFit Games. Due to her impressive performance she became the first female athlete to win CrossFit Games. Annie is the only woman to win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to the extraordinary performance. Additionally, in 2014, she won a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded bronze in CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face for numerous brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration as well as Sidekick Yerbae. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is called "Annie" which has over 1000 viewers. The channel is where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting as well as travel.
